Almost any kind of disagreement can be mediated.

MEDIATION of Employment, Contract, "Lemon Law",
customer complaints and other business disputes; wills
and estate contests. Primarily, I use a facilitative approach
to issues. At times, I have used a combination of facilitative
and evaluative methods to break an impasse. Most of all,
my aim is to bring about a practical and lasting resolution.
Fair and practical mediation of economic issues commonly
met in divorce and separations. The overriding approach
here is to be practical and conduct proceedings efficiently
and fairly.

ARBITRATION of Employment (discrimination; ADA; wrongful
termination), labor/management, contract, customer
complaints, "Lemon Law" and other business disputes;
wills and estate contests. I have been an arbitrator since 1985.
I am familiar with the NASD Code of Arbitration and other such
forums. Arbitration can be binding or non-binding according to
what the parties have agreed. Again, the overriding approach
here is to be practical and conduct proceedings efficiently and
fairly.

FACT FINDING. An impartial evaluation of credibility in
discrimination and/or wrongful termination cases is the answer
to an employer's dilemma in a typical "he said/she said"
situation. ADA reasonable accommodation facilitations.
Having an impartial third-party can be effective in reaching
an agreement and protecting an employer
from charges failing to engage in an interactive process.

ADA/ Reasonable Accommodation. If negotiations have reached
an impasse, mediation is the answer.  Both parties show good
faith by hiring an impartial third party to help reach an
agreement.
